On the Recruitment tab of the dashboard, click on Job Requisitions

Click the Add New button to begin a new job requisition.

Under Requisition Details, select the Default Job.

Choose List View to search the available Default Jobs from the list.

Select the Location/Department/Job.

Use the Tree View to drill all the way down to the position.

Use the check boxes for Resume Required and Allow Quick Apply for an applicant to skip the applicant questions and just upload a resume. Leave these checkboxes blank to allow the applicant to go through the regular application process.

The Status & Visibility box should be checked to make the job requisition active. If you want the post to remain up for a certain period of time, you can enter From and To dates.
You can define the Number of Openings if hiring a limited number of employees or select Evergreen to leave the job requisition open indefinitely.
If hiring for a remote position, select This job is remote.

Under Contact Information, assign the Hiring Manager/s. If more than two hiring managers will be evaluating applicants, you can assign a group to the Other Hiring Managers field. You may also list a Primary Contact which will be visible to prospective applicants.
