How To: Install the UKG Ready Mobile App
Step 1. Go to the app store on your Android or Apple
device and download the “UKG Ready” app.
Step 2. Select “North America” and enter your Company
Shortname (####AAA).
Step 3. Enter user
credentials.
Password: System Assigned - contact your HR team.
Step 4. If your email address and cell phone number are in Kronos, you will have the option to select one of those Two Factor Authentication methods. If you don’t have an available authentication option, type in your information.
Step 5. Text Message is generally the fastest authentication method and is recommended. Click the “Send Text Message” box and wait to receive a text with your authentication code. Be sure to check the box at the bottom of the screen to ensure you only must do this once.
Note: If your mobile device has biometric capabilities, you may be prompted to confirm your fingerprint or facial recognition settings.Step 6. Allow the app access to your device’s location while using the app. You will have the ability to punch in/out on your phone if you are at your designated work location, but this feature will not work if the app cannot access your location.
