How To: Sort A Report

The columns in every report can be sorted or Multi-Column sorted. 

On the field you wish to sort, hover your mouse on the right hand side of the field header. Click the arrows once to sort in an Ascending (low to high) order. Click twice to sort in a Descending (high to low) order. Click a third time to Remove the sort. 



To use a multi-column sort, click the More Options Menu icon (three dots) on the righthand side of the report. Select the Sort/Multi-Column Sort option.



Pick the column you wish to sort first. Determine if you want the column ascending or descending.



Pick the second level you wish to sort. Determine if you want the column ascending or descending.



When all the levels you wish to sort are selected, click the Apply button.
