How To: Delete a To Do Item
To remove a To Do item without approving or rejecting, you can delete the request from the All To Do Items report.
Navigate to All To Do Items (My Reports / System Reports / System Utilities). You can add additional columns in this report, like employee name, department, approver, etc.
On each To Do Item, you can click the "X" icon to delete the To Do Item. This will remove the item from the system permanently and there will be no record of this request, approval, or rejection.
If the item should be approved or rejected, that may be done from this screen as well.
