How To: View an Employee Account Audit Trail

The Account Audit Trail allows admins to view a history of changes made to an employee's profile. This article will walk you through how to view the Account Audit Trail. 

From the Employee Profile, click the Utilities button to open Employee Quick Links.
You can also access Employee Quick Links from the Quick Links icon that appears next to their name in the Global Search, or from the Quick Links icon on the Employee Information report on the Team Info tab.  

  


Click on Account Audit Trail.



1) You can select a date range for the report by clicking on Modification Dates.
2) Once you have selected a date range, click Run Report.



On the report, you will be able to see the modification time and datewhich field was changed, the new and old value entered in that field, and the user who made the change.
