How To: Approve Timesheets in My Mailbox
Approve from To Do Items (My Mailbox)
To approve individual employee timesheets, navigate to the My Mailbox icon:
Select 1) the Employee(s) to approve 2) Open the timesheet, if desired 3) Select Reject or Approve
Approve from the Timesheet View
1. Missing punches will be highlighted in RED
2. To add additional lines, select the + icon
Once the timesheet has been reviewed and is ready for approval, click the Approve button.
To move to the next employee, click the next arrow
To make changes to a timesheet after it has been approved but prior to being processed for payroll, click the Reject button. This will open the timesheet so that changes may be made and the timesheet approved again.
