How To: Set Up Your Availability for Scheduling

Employees can define their availability in the system to ensure that they are only scheduled during days and times that they can work. 

From the Main Menu, navigate to My Info > My Schedule > Availability/Preferences


On the calendar, click on a single day (or multiple days) and set your availability for those days. Options include:
Available For The Day: Can be scheduled any time throughout the day.
Available For Time Frame: User can define specific time frames when they are available (i.e. 9:00am to 2:00pm)
Not Available For The Day: Cannot be scheduled at all on that day.
Not Available For Time Frame: User can define specific time frames when they are NOT available. 


Once you've entered your availability for that day/dates, click the Save button. 


If your availability is the same from week to week, select all days in a week and click the Repeat button.


Enter an end date in the To field for how far out you would like your availability to repeat, and click Apply. 



Once applied, your availability will populate through that date. Individual days can still be changed as needed.
