How To: Use the Predict My Pay Calculator

The Predict My Pay tool allows employees to simulate changes to their paycheck. They can adjust certain hours, earnings, and deductions, then run those adjustments through a pay calculator to retrieve a simulated net pay (along with simulated gross, deductions, and taxes).

Navigate to the the Predict My Pay feature by clicking the icon on your dashboard. 



If no dashboard icon is available, use the Global Search Bar found on the top right of your screen.



For salary pay, key in the desired annual dollar amount. For hourly pay, key in the desired hourly rate and number of hours per pay period.


      


Configure the federal and state taxes to your filing status for a more accurate estimation.

 



If overtime hours are anticipated, use the Pencil icon to set the number per pay period.

        

      

If changes in your voluntarily deductions are anticipated, use the Pencil icon to set the amount per pay period.

                 
                

In the top right corner, click the Calculate button. On the mobile app, the Reset and Calculate buttons are found at the bottom of the screen.
