To create the best workforce analysis possible, employers will be required to provide SOC codes for their employees and the hours their employees worked when submitting their quarterly wage reports. This new data will give businesses the advantage in hiring and building their workforce as the data is used by stakeholders to support education, training, infrastructure, childcare, transportation, and other factors that promote a robust and thriving workforce.
