How To: Change Labor Allocation in a Pay Statement
To update an employee's pay statement cost center allocation, navigate to Payroll Prep / View Pay Statements edit the employee pay statement.
Add columns to the employee's pay statement to allow you to select a cost center
In the employee's pay statement view, click Select Columns.
Choose the column that contains the cost center string
Click on the cost center selector icon and choose the cost center for the hours allocation.
*Items that appear in green on the pay statement are calculated values from the employee's profile; items in black have been manually updated on the pay statement.
Click Save
