How To: Mass Update Employee Rate Tables
Employee Rate Tables / Additional Rates may be mass updated through the Detailed Rates Report.
Navigate to My Reports / HR Reports / Employee Maintenance / Detailed Rates
Add the "Rate Description" column if it is not in the report
1) Filter the report by the Rate Description column (!= Base Compensation Record) to select only the additional rates from the employee Personal Rate Table. Base Compensation Records cannot be mass updated through this screen.
2) Select the employee records to update
*additional columns may need to be updated in order to view additional filer criteria (cost centers, employee types, rate amounts, etc)
Click Mass Modify Amount
Enter the criteria for the rate increase
1) Start Date
2) Increase or Decrease
3) Amount
4) Currency or Percentage
Click OK
