How To: Setup E-Verify

How To: Setup E-Verify

Knowledge Test Process

Before using the E-Verify Connector, E-Verify requires all web service employers to complete a Knowledge Test Process.

Navigate to Team / HR / Employee Maintenance / E-Verify (or enter "E-Verify" in the global search)

In the E-Verify User Registration screen, click Start Tutorial to complete the 5 lesson tutorial .

Once the tutorial is completed, click Start Test and complete the ten question test.  A score of 70% must be achieved in order to activate the connection.

Sign MOU

Before the E-Verify connection can be established, the company administrator must complete a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) within UKG.

To access the MOU, navigate to the Solutions Exchange from the Main Menu

Click Your Products to see the connections installed on your company.
Under E-Verify Connector, click Configure

In the Product Settings, click Sign Memorandum of Understanding to initiate the MOU process.

Once complete, click Save and, optionally, Download Signed MOU document for your records

Allow 1-2 weeks for the agency to establish the account and once complete, you will receive an email from enrollment@uscis.dhs.gov with a link that expires within 24 hours. The email will indicate that the enrollment process has been started by SAASHRCOM LLC (UKG Ready, formerly Kronos). Click the Sign MOU Here link and complete the information in the form.

Once you have completed this step, you will be able to begin submitting I9 forms via E-Verify.
