How To: View Employee Default Location, Department, and Position

Managers can view an employee's default Location, Department and Position in several places within the system. This article will walk you through where to view this data. 

On the Team Info tab of the dashboard, view the Employee Information report. The Default Location, Department and Position (Job) may be displayed within this report. 


You can also view this information within the employee profile. Click on the Employee Information icon to view the employee's profile, or use the global search bar to search their name  and click on their profile. 

  

On the Main tab of the Employee Profile, use the Jump To link to go to Cost Centers.


The employee's Default Location/Department/Position will appear under Cost Centers.
